Reflexology works on the principle that each zone on the foot represents an area/organ in the body. When pressure is applied to an area on the foot, the corresponding area in the body is receiving treatment.
This is a three- and half-day course.
Course content: This course will cover the theory behind reflexology, will be mainly practical work and requires 20 case studies. You will be required to complete both theory and practical assessments before your Diploma can be awarded.

Pre-requisite: A Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology (or equivalent) is required. Como offers an Anatomy and Physiology course undertaken by home study. However, you will need to have completed A&P training before you start the Reflexology Course.
